Do You Accept Returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Can I exchange my order for another size?
Exchanges are not available. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Flawed & Found is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost to resend it.

What Are Your Shipping Times?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Some items are made to order, which may require additional processing time. If your item is already in stock, it may ship sooner.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping in the future!

What Kind of Materials Do You Use?
Our apparel is made with soft, high-quality fabrics for comfort and durability. Journals are printed on premium paper so they’re perfect for writing, studying, or daily reflection.
Do your shirts fit true to size?
Yes, most of our shirts are true to size. If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.
Do you offer custom designs?
